Works great! Have fun experimenting.
I bought a small Chia Seed Cookbook & started experimenting, then kinda got off working with it after my initial burst of enthusiasm. I recently re-started daily chia seed pudding again. I mixed oat milk (about 8 ounces) & chia seed (3 tablespoons) in a glass canning jar. Shake it up. You can stop there, but I then added 3 tablespoons of organic raw vanilla flavor protein powder. I shook it up, having to scrape down the sides a bit to mix well. Put it in the refrigerator to get “Overnight Chia Pudding” & it’s delicious without any additives but I poured it into a bowl & added fruit, sometimes nuts, sometimes some honey or maple syrup or a spoonful of granola topping. You can eat it after only @ 20 minutes of sitting, but it’s thinner. It’s also a great “take along” breakfast or lunch, especially easy if made the night before. I’ve sometimes made several at a time & it keeps well. There’s a ton of chia seed recipes on the internet but after experimenting, this is my favorite hi protein, low fat recipe. I also make breads with it as one of the ingredients. Again, there’s lots of recipes on the internet to try. This bag is economy size meant exactly for that fun!
