Best supporters for jogging and running for any one. Normal guys can use and I suggest to use it as well this is not just for athletes normal guys have to use in workout routine. I guess some old or knee problem guys can also use it for short times.At the end note this product is for use for sometime only like an hour or so not for all day use. All day product may be different.It may feel a bit tight but we have to take a bit tight not too tight or loose as it will defy the purpose.
