Good build. Applies gentle pressure to selected site. Helps with locating ear points for ear seeds very well.

I liked this item since I do meridian therapy on patients but without needles. It serves its purpose well, has a nice recoil and sharp tip for stimulating the points. Would definitely recommend

I was so excited about it but it broke within a month and I couldn't get it replaced.
