I’m in awe! Thank you so much Leanne for making this book. I have your previous book that taught me all about whole food keto and introduced me to dairy-free living. I not only love this new paperback, but I always return to your first paperback book when I feel overwhelmed and need to just relax. Leanne is more than an author, she simply has been through all things in the health and fitness space and speaks from her heart and wants to help women to the best of her ability. Keto has helped me come off my antidepressant medication I was told I would not be able to come off of and with Leanne and her podcast, it makes her paperbacks and information all come together. I feel like I know Leanne personally through her amazing work she’s done for me and the keto space for women. She is truly teaching me how to love and respect my body and with her new paperback she does an amazing job color coding and providing very easy meal plans for individual or the whole family. She truly took into consideration her follower’s voices and did just that to provide the best Keto Lifestyle for everyone. I love everything Leanne speaks about because it is all so relatable. Please just do yourself a favor and invest in her new Keto Diet Cookbook. You simply won’t regret it and you’ll instantly fall in love with the easy process of amazing foods and sustainability of a healthful way of life. Some good recipes
The book is mostly cookbook and not an in-depth teaching of the keto diet. I think it would be valuable for people starting out and who want to plan their meals around calorie size. I found I didn't use the meal portion size indicators, I just looked through it for interesting recipes. There are some winning recipes here, one our favorites is the zucchini lasagna. The mug biscuit is a brilliant idea to quickly make a simple bread that actually has various uses. A criticism would be that many of the recipes are similar, there's more than one type of lasagna for example, and I don't really need a bunch of recipes for different salads or salad dressings. Someone who has never cooked before might find this helpful though.

Wow, great book!
I have tried keto 3x before and was not successful. I Decided to try again. I bought this book based on other reviews & after researching other keto books out there.This book is incredibly helpful for beginners. For those who want to eat pretty clean and be healthy.The recipes are fairly simple and look delicious. I also found the intro super helpful and motivating. I did not feel overwhelmed- this book keeps it simple, healthy and goals are manageable! I love it!

Meal Planning Masterpiece :)
This cook book came only two days ago but I have already made one recipe. She inspired me to go outside my comfort zone a cook liver for the first time in my life! This morning I sat down with the awesome meal planning section of the book and plotted out our next week. I really love that most of the meals in this book are complete and balanced so I didn't have to spend time patching together recipes or adding things. I also appreciate how detailed every recipe is about storage, reheating instructions, alternatives based on your food sensitivities or allergies. Leanne seriously took the time to make this cookbook for EVERYONE in the Keto community. My only request is for future books would be “treats” with no alternative sweeteners at all as I'm trying to wean myself off them, but that’s a tall order. Oh, and while this book is more focused recipes and meal planning than her other books, it still had a very good little section on eating for your hormones and cycle. It’s very easy to understand and I look forward to referencing it and trying it out.

Not as helpful as her first book
Although I kept this book hoping it could be a good resource, it turned out not to be so helpful. One of the things I believe is missing in these Keto books is good simple home cooking modified to accommodate the macros needed to stay within the parameters of the keto diet. Ms Vogel tries to create recipes that are unusual instead of typical fare with those modifications. I purchased many things ($$) I normally wouldn’t to give it a try and only one recipe in the book was worthy of preparing a second time. Maybe it’s just me…I prefer to enhance the nature flavors of food instead of covering them up. Your preferences may be different. (This is the opinion of someone who’s been cooking home cooked meals for 50 yrs. )

If not best, top Keto Cookbook out there
I'll start off by saying that I have Leanne's first Keto Diet book. It's very thorough and loaded with great information. This book however, focuses a bit more on meal planning and once again a variety of ways to formulate YOUR Keto plan. Leanne is a big proponent, especially for women, to do Keto differently; there are a few Keto experts out there also touting the need for women to do it differently given our complex hormonal system. She's 100% right when it comes to balancing hormones for women on the diet and how to work the diet for you. The recipes are awesome - quick with loads of information for substitutions and even cooking styles - want to do this in the pressure cooker instead? She tells you how. It's worth the 20 bucks I paid for sure. I'm looking forward to making more things and continuing to tweak Keto as needed. If you're into Keto and a woman, definitely get this cookbook. It's also a beauty, beautiful pictures and flows very nicely. Love it!

A must have for Keto beginners
I got lucky and ordered this book before starting my Keto diet. It's the "absolute best" book for starting keto and being successful. After being on keto for over 3 years, I still refer to this book. And some of the recipes have become my staples. Leanne is extremely knowledgeable and made being keto easy! A must have for anyone starting Keto!!

This fantastic book is a must have for anyone on a ketogenic diet. (And those who aren't).
Another fantastic book from Leanne. So much great information and advice and the recipes are so delicious and easy to prepare with options for those with food sensitivities or vegetarian options. I have made the rocket fuel hot chocolate, keto breakfast pudding, chilli lime chicken bowls and mug biscuits (these were so easy but oh so light and airy, a lovely speedy bread alternative....yum!). I cannot recommend this book enough. I already have the Keto Diet book and despite the cover looking similar the content is all new, not just a repeat of her first book. Anyone wishing to do Keto should get this book, with so much information and great recipes you can't go wrong.

Nice recipes
Some very nice recipes included in the cookbook unfortunately, ingredients not always easily sourced in UK as this is a Canadian author. Had to look-up lots of the smaller ingredients to find out what they were - not what I would call everyday herbs etc.

Keto Diet Cookbook
This is so much more than just a cookbook. I was a lot younger when I went on the Atkins diet (I lacked maturity then). So much more knowledge has been compiled since then. This is more in the style of a self help guide. I look forward to putting it to good use!

Too much waffling not enough meal planning and recipes
Didn't like this too much waffling and not enough straight forward recipes. Not looked st it since I first opened it.

Thoroughly explains everything you need to know about Keto
The only problem with some of the recipes is that several ingredients are not locally sourced. They have to be bought online
