Back in Coffee ☕ Heaven..Not keen on milk so Mini Me is the answer..Compact but still delivers a lovely ☕Price was good also..reasonable

I've owned this machine for two months now, I wanted to leave it a while before leaving a review so that I could form and give a proper opinion on it.Good bits -☕️Makes a coffee shop quality cup of coffee and there's a large selection of flavours and types of hot and iced coffee pods to choose from along with lots of hot chocolate flavours. Pods are widely available from most shops too.☕️Nescafe offer a podback scheme where they provide a bag and free postage for empty pods to be returned and recycled via a Yodel collection point (in my case, 3 miles away in a corner shop), bags can be obtained from the Dolce Gusto website when you place an order.☕️The size of the machine is great for small kitchens as it doesn't take up too much space☕️I think the design of it is cute but my boyfriend (who hates coffee) likens it to a giant ant vomiting into a cup 🤣☕️The machine is well made and doesn't feel flimsy and is easy to keep cleanBad bits -❌️The most annoying bit for me is when the machine has finished dispensing my chosen drink there is a lot of water left in the pod. This means that you're stuck with a hot, leaky pod - if you put it down anywhere it will leak from the bottom but it's too hot to squeeze the water out 🤦‍♀️ My solution to this is to cut a slit in the top and squeeze the hot water into my freshly made drink, I then put the empty pod into the podback recycling bag (you have to empty the pods of water before sending them back for recycling anyway)❌️The machine can be a bit splashy when dispensing drinks so anything near it gets spattered. I've got mine sat on a square of kitchen roll and moved things away from it.❌️The water tank is rather small, I get maybe 3 mugs of coffee out of a tank before having to refill. I get that it's a small machine but there was a bit of scope with the design of it for it to be expanded outwards without compromising the size of its footprint.❌️The machine is rather noisy when in use so having a quiet morning coffee when everyone else is still in bed might be a bit tricky! It also vibrates a fair bit so if you're using small or lighter cups you may have to watch that they don't fall off the stand when the machine is dispensing.Overall a good machine that I'm glad I bought, the annoying bits aren't bad enough to put me off using it and I hope I get many years of service from it.

was unsure about buying a coffee machine another gadget on the worktop but this is perfect uses literally barely any space and is super fast in providing us with coffee of our choice within literally seconds ! Do they do Tea pods also ? Please ??if so I shall do away with our kettle ! great coffee great gadget best xmas gift ever!!!

Compact and makes a nice coffee. It’s automated shut off is great, as we previously had a manual one.

I bought this after much deliberation when my old model broke. I looked at some alternative Nescafe Dulce machines, including the Piccolo, which is much cheaper. Unfortunately the cheaper ones are also manual, which means you have to judge when to stop the water flow, which means living with inconsistency (unless you have a really good eye) and also it's a bit inconvenient having to stay by the machine until your coffee is ready.I went for this one, since it seemed to deliver a really nice balance between functionality and price (the drawback is that it has a small water tank (0.8 litres)). I haven't found this to be a bother at all. I use this in my office and refill from my water bottle so it's really no inconvenience at all - and you get two cup fulls of coffee (at six bar) before having to re-fill, so 0.8l is easily enough for single person use. Given its nice size and other positive features, I'd even recommend it for a domestic setting with multiple people using it, even weighed against having to refill the tank a bit more often than you would with one of the alternative (pricier) models.The machine looks really nice, and is compact. The set up was super easy (you're basically just running a tank full of water through once, whilst using an insert) and then you're good to go. I was so glad I went with an automatic when I saw the bars - they light up lovely. The machine also operates reasonably quietly which I was pleased about (although not when it's running low on water, but I suppose that's a good warning system really).The machine warms up for use really quickly, and there's no stiffness with the pod holder. I'd absolutely recommend this machine.

The machine is functional, but it’s incredibly loud—so loud that it causes other items to vibrate while in use. I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of returning it, so I’m just using it as is.
