Great book - HORRIBLE delivery experience via PRIME/USPS
This is a great and very expensive book. Expected PRIME service … but receive a day late, after lots of hassles, via the USPS. If I buy via Prime, I expect Prime service.

Academic, practical and diverse
This book was one of the more practical insights on leadership and coaching that I have read. If you are interested in learning the scientific theories of coaching, as well as practical tips from multiple authors, I would invest in this book again. It is relatively substantial in some areas, but I used it for a class and bounced around in it as needed for reference—definitely a good one for the office shelf to refer back to.

A valuable resource!
I found this book to be very interesting. It is exactly what the title states and that means it is not for the abject beginner. There are seven sections which include 37 different short papers or essays. What is interesting is that in this, the third edition, the authors have included some web content that you have to download. For example I found that the articles on "Women Succeeding Globally", and"Why 360s Do not Work and How They Can" particularly interesting. And to conclude any time that I have an opportunity to read essays/ articles by Edgar H. Schein I feel enriched.

Three Stars
This is a decent read, but doesn't necessarily match up with Goldsmith's other works.

A must read!
This is a must read. The style of the book with the case studies ensuring the ready not only knows and understands the content, but sees how it can be applied across sectors, if, for me the most useful element. And any reference to using 360 feedback effectively is always a good read! Dr Clare Beckett-McInroy EdD CPCC PCC MAC
