Solid hose
When I got my CPAP unit they gave me a 15mm hose. Which lasted about 1 year. This hose, at 22mm, seems like it's going to be much more durable and solid. if it lasts longer that will mean less plastic going into the waste/recycling stream and that can only be a good thing. I did have to adjust a setting on the machine to account for the larger hose, but it was a simple change and it works fine.

This hose is made in the US and the quality shows it!My insurance co provider sent me cheap versions made in China that unraveled in one night!The supporting coil disconnected from the extremely thin clear tubing resulting in leaks, restricted air flow and annoying hissing all night. This one from the O.E.M. manufacturer is robust in construction and after a week’s use has ZERO defects or issues. The price difference on Amazon was not that great, but the quality difference sure is!
