Original equipment for my panel. Works great.
Years ago I worked doing some electrical work. Recently I had a breaker at my home that was acting flaky, so wanted to replace it.I called an elecrical contractor (who installed my Generac), and he quoted me $225 to come out and replace it. That did not include the cost of the breaker itself.*** If you have not worked with breaker boxes, note that there are LETHAL voltages in there **** if you touch the wrong thing, you can kill yourself *****(It took ten minutes and < $10)

I have one of those super high-end back-up whole-house generators for our primary residence (which, apparently, is smack-dab in the middle of hurricane country). I poured a concrete pad for it a while ago and am just now getting around to wiring it to my internal power grid. And, so, I found myself in need of a whole bunch of Siemens (get your mind out of the gutter) circuit breakers. 20 amp to be specific. I unpackaged them and promptly plugged them into my panel that feeds power from the external generator. The fit is beyond perfection! These things set the bar for coolness. You swipe right for power, and swipe left to turn the power off. I have to wonder if these were the template that one of those on-line dating services is based on. Hmm? Need A/C power? These little critters will bring it like it ain't never been brought before.
