Smartthings Skill
No home automation is complete without adding voice and this hub does not allow Alexa skill to be enabled if your address is from India. I had to change the address to a US (fake one) to get the skill on Alexa. This however compromises your Kindle account and Prime Video. Got a work around for Prime Video but not Kindle. There are some skills (like Oakter) which can be enabled only in India and switching the address breaks this chainWrote a email to Samsung and they state device is not supported in India but I fail to understand why they sell it here in the first place. Will be 5 stars if they support Samsung Smartthings in India else it is single star

DON'T BUY IT
Do not waste your money on this piece of crap. If you're in India it's useless because most of the home automation skills are not supported yet in India. This Hub is region locked so you need to create a Samsung account with country US selected and Amazon Echo skill is not available in India. It's a fake advertisement from Amazon to sell this crap in India. I was so disappointed, I came to know only after I bought this and Amazon customer support agent didn't even help me with required info when I contacted them to know about Echo skill; availability.
