Tested out okay, although I haven't used it much yet. Make sure that you purchase extra sticker label rolls since the one and only roll supplied with the product is very small and will run out fast. The ink roller seemed a bit dry, so, ignoring the warning on the product about refilling the ink roller, I saturated it with Trodat brand water based black ink (stamp pad ink) and it worked just fine. No need to replace the ink roller when it runs out! My little ink bottle cost me 6 CAN$ at Staples and will last centuries. I would have put five stars if not for the (almost missing) labels.

This is great. Not flimsy at all. Definitely pick up a pack of extra stickers since they only have a small sample of stickers with this. Stickers are very sticky too :)

I been using it for sometime now,It have few issues.Some time the label does not get out.the next time two labels will be out.some time the whole label will be jam, I will have to try to get the jammed one out by hand.

fait la job mais vu sa conception on doit la plupart du temps prendre l'étiquette avec nos mains pour le déposer sur l'article. Mais c'est tout de même possible de travailler assez rapinement avec un peut de tectnique. si non donne un beau résultat sur l'étiquette.

Once I got through the sample roll it seemed to be broken in and the ink didn’t smudge anymore. Labels occasionally don’t get far enough out to stick to product, but no big deal they’re easily removed. Reloading is a bit tedious but not complicated with common sense and a glance at the diagram on the box. Great value for a small business on a budget I’ll be getting another one.
