I need to reinflate every 30 minutes. I believe there is a hole on both sides that I can't fine. I would like a replacement.

I got this originally for air travel. I constantly get butt pain sitting on the airplane for more than 1 hr. I normally just rest my feet on a bag in front the seat, but I was more thrilled to have something pops up higher for more comfort. It does take about 1-2 to inflate. Not bad but the sounds is so loud unless you don’t mind people next to you giving you the stink eyes. All blown in 3 tiers are way to high. It’s more for a child. Anyone who is 5’ or taller won’t have enough leg room to stretch out unless you yoga pose. I removed the one, still too height for comfort(I’m 5’7”). I feel like I’m sitting on a stool with a squaty potty. Not comfortable for more than 10mins. The biggest draw back is that even though it came with this tiny bag so compact, I can not never get it back in the bag that small. It needed up being a flappy piece of extra accessory while travel. This may work if you use it in a stationary setting, or giving it to a child. I think unless I pay for business class I won’t be comfortable in a coach for now.

perfect for a stool anywhere. It's adjustable for height and compact as to fit almost anywhere. it's more stable if it's not filled to much with air. the only drawback is that it collects fix and hair so makes it look dirty all the time. It could be used as a pillow also

Great product but the top to close the air falls off
