Dies within a year. This is my second from another brand. Also a pain to clean. It's great other than that.

We use ours as an ice maker for Powerade Zero. The cooling fan seems louder than units we've had in the past. While thie ice maker performs as it's manufacturer says it will, (9 cubes every 6-8 minutes), my opinion is it should be faster.Bill

Our fridge could Not keep up with the amount of ice we need for our house.So we bought this.LOVE it !!! Makes ice ALL Day Long. JUST an FYI.....Don't Forget ....To Clean the Inside Once A Week. Cuz there is a Filth Build Up On Bottom. & we use Filtered Water.& it does NOT make Noise

Purchased for our office to use, their are a dozen of use who are very happy with the speed and quantity of ice produced by this machine. It is pretty quite during production!

Most definitely an easy to use I think a 2-year-old could use if you show them it's awesome the flavors great two different sizes advice it's fast and convenient especially in the summer.

I freaking love this thing. Ice dispenses quickly and machine works super well. The design is cute and looks really nice on the counter. There are some quirks with the machine if you let it run out of water. Sometimes I have to unplug it or power it off and on a few times for it to sense that I have added water to it. That issue doesn't bother me at all since it is just a momentary issue in an otherwise consistently amazing machine. I have had this since April and it has yet to be turned off. Two months going strong!

Very easy to use and I don't have to wait a long time for ice, love it!

It quit functioning after 3 months of use following all upkeep instructions!!!
