Overall good value- One negative
I bought 2 of these to replace old worn out vanity faucets in master bath. I'm a half-assed DIYer and I've installed a kitchen faucet before. My job here was more difficult because the old faucets were installed with copper pipe going all the way to the faucets with no flexible connects. Also there was just one set of shut-offs for both faucets so I installed shut offs for each water line while I was at it. Otherwise the faucet installations were pretty easy. Getting the drain installed without leaking was more difficult. I put most of that on me because of a lack of experience. One big thing I learned was to put a nice bead of plumbers putty between the bottom of the sink and the thick tapered rubber washer that goes around the drain pipe. Doing that finally got all leaks to stop for me.The faucets are nice looking as long as you wipe off any water droplets that get on them. Otherwise the water spots are quite visible- at least on the bronze colored version that I bought. I'm not crazy about the water flow as I'm used to a heavier stream from the old units. But that's something we'll get used to. I do have one big negative, though. The flange that goes around the drain hole (forgive my layman's terminology) is thick and is higher than the very bottom of the sink so that when done using the sink, there is a circle of water that doesn't drain. It is enough that it won't just air dry. I expect this will cause mineral buildup over time around the flange. I even left out the rubber washer that is included to go under this flange because that makes it rise even a bit higher. Instead I applied clear bathroom silicone under the flange upon install. You probably could also use putty. In any case, that works fine but it still allows too much water to remain in the sink. I may look for a replacement drain that is metal. I suspect the plastic flange must be thicker in order to have the needed strength. Of course replacing the drain assembly will require an additional purchase and hopefully I can find one that is a close match in color to the faucets.Overall, I think this is a good value, especially if you can live with the drain that comes with it. They are good looking faucets and quite functional.

UPDATE: leaky, cant stop drips. Received replacement that works.
Nice finish, handles turn smoothly and installation is pretty much as expected. However, it seems in an effort to keep costs down some corners were cut. I ordered 2, and one of the faucets had a leak- about one drop every 3 seconds. I took it apart and added plumber's grease to all the components in the cartridge and that helped a lot, but I can tell there is still a very slow leak. Maybe a drop an hour now.Secondly, the push top drain on both sets I ordered leaked. The large tapered rubber gasket used to seat the drain against the bottom of the sink doesn't make a good seal if you have any thing other than a very clean smooth surface on the bottom of your sink drain hole. I also had some water leaking out between the threads on the drain. Plumbing joint compound on both the threads and the tapered gasket itself fixed the leaks. Finally, the push-top drain can drain sort of slowly, a design improvement to increase the travel of the stopper to allow a bigger gap.Overall, a good value but know that you'll most likely need some extra work to fix leaks.UPDATE: both faucets have drips that I cant get rid of. Not only is the drip itself annoying, but the design of the stopper means that a small bit of water stays in the sink and doesn't drain. This leads to stains and mildew buildup. Don't recommend.Another update: I contacted Parlos directly and they were helpful. It took a while to get here, but they sent a replacement free of charge. The new one works and doesn't drip. so....3 stars i guess?

Drip, drip Why is it dripping??
The new faucet would not stop dripping. Tried cleaning the cartridge(s), no improvement. Ordered new cartridges - arrived quickly, Great service!!. Still dripping from the cold. So surrendered and received - at no cost - a replacement in exchange for the original faucet. Really, really!! Impressed with the all metal drain, with a pop up stopper. That is a big plus. Moen offers plastic, this is all metal. The replacement faucet is installed, and no leak. The plastic (vs. ceramic) cartridge seems to be the weak link. Fingers crossed that no drips start for several years. Other reviews have indicated the drips as a frequent problem - So beware….

Easy Install
Very pleased with this gorgeous faucet. High quality material as expected from other positive reviews, but also was extremely easy to install. This was actually much easier to install versus a competitor. Every connection you need under the sink connects to two hefty brass threads, making it easy to feel and work with. Another great success from Amazon using trusted reviews by past purchasers!

Looks nice, would be great if it worked correctly.
The media could not be loaded. Finally got around to installing this faucet. Of course after the return period!Couple issues, It turns itself on! Yep, out of the blue it turns on.2nd issue, Usually it won't shut off without having to turn off the supply to it.

Started dripping after 5 weeks
Stylish design for our powder room. Good price. Liked that it arrived with a matching drain pop up. (Other kits oddly came with a chrome drain)Finish stains easily, which is manageable by frequently wiping down.Unfortunately, started dripping after a month and a week (a week after the return date closed, of course)

Finish comes off
They are great taps but the black finish is coming off. The bathroom is only used by one person so it isn't high traffic. Is there a customer service department that I can contact?

Black Finishing is Coming Off
It's a great look to our bathroom, but the black finish is coming off. The bathroom isn't used that often, so it is disappointing to know that product isn't finished well. I would like to know if would replace it.
