Comes with everything in box an only took 2 days to get fast shipping, Just wish it came with more of like a new screen part or an extra bag balls because you might as well get a new shower head everytime at this price I just hate that it doesn't come with more for they money that's where I'm lifted disappointed

No itchy skin & thatâs what sold me !
I buy the refills now so that shows I like the product ! I have hard water & husband wonât budge to put a water softener inside house so I have to go this direction ... Iâm not sure if this really filters fluoride but wishful thinking ... I do feel my skin doesnât itch after a shower & use that as a reference as to when I need to replace the little balls ... Skin starting to feel itchy âtime to buy the refill balls .âDo I like the little vit C yellow thing ... Itâs ok ... Doesnât really last long ...
