Garbage! Save your money!
Cheap product! Doesn’t even hold the weight of a toddlers head. Falls right to the ground. Whoever the 1 review is from was def from the company. It had potential to be good, but they went cheap! Seriously make a better product! If I could give this 0 stars I would.

neck sling
You need to make a change on the buckle and the bungee line. I had a quadruple neck fusion, i tried the Neck Hammock. I thought maybe your item would work ok. Well. I got it all set up and the buckle broke away. I am so thankful I wasn't hurt from this. So, I would not recommend yo0ur product, until you fixed the security of this harness. Thanks, Susan

I absolutely love this thing
I absolutely love this thing. I sleep with it every night. I usually last about an hour or so before I get uncomfortable. It has help me fall asleep far easier than any other product I've ever used.

Not what I expected.
Didn’t work nearly as well as i had hoped it would. Required a lot of maneuvering to make it work.

Best hammock pillow Possible
I have problems with my neck and upper back. Most mattresses cause me grief, so I sleep in a hammock. However, most pillows cause issues with hammocks. I was therefore looking for a way to have a pillow or other such device to be padded and hold my head while I sleep. I have to say, it doesn't get better than this. The neck hammock holds my head at just the right position to relieve all neck and upper back issues while I sleep. I couldn't be happier.

Never could get it to work
This thing didn’t work for me at all. It was flimsy and popped off every place I tried to secure it. And when I attempted to put it on the doorknob and pull it through the opening then close the door, I couldn’t close the door completely because of the obstruction. It also didn’t elevate my head that well. The stretchy bungees didn’t provide enough resistance. I got very aggravated with it and finally sent it back for a refund.

Great way
So in my opinion this is a great way to go. others have commented in that it does not necessarily work as something that can hold a lot of weight and this is probably true but it does help to comfort my head and neck pain as long as no weight is put
