After a hurricane destroyed most of my furniture, I ordered the back rest so I could sit on my bed to eat, work, etc. Larger and more substantial than I expected. Nice and firm so it provides good back support and neck support when you use the accompanying neck pillow. It is east to slide the base of the chair down a bit and lean against the back to create a more reclining position, jut like my old favorite recliner lost in the hurricane. It also stays in place upright to provide the support needed to sit on the bed and handle masses of paperwork, and there is a handle on top to easily lift it on or off the bed. I recommend this back rest pillow cushion.

Came as described. It was squished in the box but slowly expanded. It took a few hours to fully expand. The material seems pretty durable. The only question is about the buttons on the side of the back rest. Not sure what they're there for. But if you have to read for extended periods of time or need to sit up this is very, VERY comfortable. Highly recommend.

I purchased this for my husband to use while in bed while reading or watching tv and he loves it. It’s pretty bulky. So when it comes to storing or putting it away while your not using it, it gets annoying since I want to keep it away from the floor or on top of my bed when I make my bed and style it with my comforters and pillows. That’s the only down side of having an item like this. However, he loves using this for back and neck support. So I compromise so I don’t have to hear him complain about his back or neck hurting him. Lololol

This pillow has an unpleasant odor out of the bag. I hope the odor will dissipate quickly. Also, I Don’t like the complicated way to fasten headroll to pillow. Only had it a few hours so hopefully it will firm up nicely.

This is not sturdy. It is barely filled even after unwrapping, fluffing and waiting. It is much smaller than it looks — unless they accidentally sent the wrong size it is more appropriate for a child or small adult. The material is cheap and thin. The head rest doesn’t attach nor does it stay — the awkward buttons are useless.Not remotely worth the cost. The $20 ones in Walmart and target are better made.

I really am not as pleased as I anticipated. This item was was purchased because I need to sit up in bed because of heart surgery.This pillow does not stay where it is placed.It does not give the back support needed. The material that it is covered in is very nice and soft to the touch.

I am very happy with this purchase first because is not to soft and not to hard he provides the confort for what you are for and The little pillow is perfect for your neck , it doesn’t make sense to buy one pillow chair to have pain on your neck, this one doesn’t have that problem and I love the pocket I put my remote and lense and I don’t need to be looking. I highly recomend this product.

Recently had shoulder surgery and needed a temporary solution for sleeping. This backrest cushion was perfect and considerably less expensive than buying a recliner. Right side pocket came in handy since left shoulder was in a sling. Also has rear pocket but didn't need it. Appears to be well constructed and easily stored when no longer needed. Very satisfied with product and delivery time.
