I use earpieces/earbuds every day for calls and to listen to recordings. The sound quality of this product is the best I have used. The sound is full and rich not hollow and faint like other earpieces. I will buy again if I lose this one like I lost my last one.

I have owned this earbud for about a year and its Excellent and better then other products that I have tried. I saw some reviews that warned that it would fall out of the ear easily, which concerned me. I have not had it fall out, and it firmly stays in place. I then wore it for several hours without any problem. One problem I have had in the past was that ear buds make my ear very sore after wearing them for just a short time. In the case I have literally worn it for several hours at a time with no problem at all. I have not made a lot of calls with it, but the calls I have made have been clear. In each case I asked whether or not the other person could hear me clearly. They all indicated that they could. I have played music with the earbud quite a bit and the sound is great. I have spent a small fortune on earpieces trying to find one I liked that had clear sound......did not make my ear sore......fit well.....and didn't break the bank. This one fits the bill. The price was amazing. It includes a handy little zippered case. So far I really love this thing, and the price is definitely right. Also customer service is great. They get back to you the same day and I feel like they really Care,Thank you again for being professional and selling a product that works.

Item arrived on time and in good order, & is as pictured; ordered to replace an older (& cheaper) earbud that was having battery issues; I needed an earbud made for just one ear for use at work-need to have one ear unobstructed for safety reasons; sound quality is very good-clear and with more bass than the one I was using; battery life seems to be very good (I have yet to hear the dreaded 'charge now' message-always at the most inconvenient time) very comfortable-I can wear it for hours and hardly notice it's there; seems to be a good quality earbud at a decent price

I purchased this Bluetooth as a replacement to my old Bluetooth of 5 years that can no longer get updates for my Samsung S8. Once I had the Bluetooth charged I paired it with my S8 and noticed that I cannot hear anything in the ear that the Bluetooth was in. When I spoke to others on the Bluetooth they said they cannot hear me, only the background noise. Especially when others were talking around me the person on the other end said he could hear the conversation of the other people around me. They said there was a lot of static also. I noticed as I talked there was an echo of what I said for every word. This Bluetooth has terrible background reducing, a lot of static and echo issues. I do not recommend to anyone.One good thing, it is small and was comfortable.

Need charge this before first use. Was very easy to pair with my iPhone 6 and works great. Sound was fine as well. I really needed something to use at the gym and this fits the bill. It stays in place and is comfortable. They include several sizes of rubber ear pieces to adjust to what is comfortable for your ear size. It was actually very easy to figure out and use.

I purchased this little Bluetooth and it works pretty good. Comes with a nice little case so it's easy to store and find in your purse.One issue I had is after about 1 month of use, the charger cord started to fray (you could see the bare wires). I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They replaced the entire set even though I only needed the charger cord.I have had some pairing issues. It seems like I have to pair it with my phone every few weeks. I also have trouble pairing it if there are many other Bluetooth devices nearby.
