Good replacement
It's comfortable and easy to use. I'm happy with the appearance.Installation was okay - the tools provided are good, but the pin was quite hard to feed through the strap opening. It helped to push the provided tool through, to prepare the way for the pin.I installed the longer side upside down by mistake, but I think this might actually be better as the overlap where it is sewn to itself might be a bit rough against the skin, but it is on the outside for me so it doesn't bug me at all.It expands when wet - I occasionally forget to remove my watch before showering, and it must expand a good few millimeters! Once it dries, it goes back to normal size.

Impressed to say the least
At the time of this review, I've had the band for about 24 hours. The band is super lightweight and seems it will allow my skin to breathe easier than the standard band that came with my Fenix 5X Sapphire. I was afraid that the band would be too elastic, definitely not the case. There is no elasticity at all and the band seems to be very well made.Super comfortable and light weight, and coloring is spot on. I bought both OD Green and Desert Tan. Pictured on my watch is the Green, and in the packaging is the Tan.As shown is what comes with each package. To my surprise the torques screw drivers come with each band to remove the screw head from the watch. Careful not to over torque the screw head however, the screw driver will become a one use tool.Cons...Not much of a list so far, but installing the band was a chore, especially if you're not mechanically inclined, or coordinated. What I found was to push the screwdriver through the loop of the band first, to open up the loop, then push the band rod through. When loosing and tightening the screw head, I found it easier to have the watch secured between your knees while sitting.Great product. I wish i had bough this sooner.

My watch is back in service, band is great for the price
I have a Garmin Tactix sports watch. It lives a pretty active life. The Garmin band finally gave up. I tried another replacement, but the watch band didn't fit the axels. This one fits very snugly. What I did was use the two included screwdrivers (which didn't fit the screw heads on the watch, by the way; but, I have a torx driver set that worked fine) and pushed one screwdriver from one side, and the other from the other side, forcing the new watchband holes to open enough to massage the pins into place.Once installed I liked the band quite a bit. It's notably thinner than the original plastic band. So, the watch fits easier under sleeves. It also doesn't bind up long sleeves as they go over the band. The fabric gets wet and stays wet for a while. Unlike the plastic band that gets slippery when wet or sweaty, this new one hold it's position well. It stays flexible in all temperatures. It's strong and tough under use. Every so often the extra band will slip out of the metal retaining loop and flop around, but that happened with the original rubber one too on occasion. An improvement I might look for is to have a narrower retainer next time. This band will wear out sooner or later, and will probably pick up stains or discolor, and I'll happily replace it with a new one of the same style. For the price it's unbeatable. If you wear your watch 24 / 7 straight through on a 30 day field op, it might get funky in the fabric, but, I remove, clean, and let dry my watches.
