Kitchoff Stainless Steel Double Body Black Coated Automatic Electric Kettle for Home, 1.7L (Black)

I bought the kettle after returning another kettle of a reputed brand whose cord length was too small to be used. This kettle's cord length is okay. It could still be a bit longer but that's not a deal breaker. The kettle itself is very good looking. The top of the kettle is very wide which would be helpful in cleaning. Also has the auto cut off feature which works as expected. Overall satisfied with the product. Just hope it's durable and long lasting. Would definitely recommend the product.

Buid quality is above average; makes it a value for money electric kettle. It is dual wall electric kettle, though its more of a plastic sleeve than a wall, still serves the purpose. Heats up fast enough for 1500watt kettle. You may get a little faster heating with 2000 or more watt. But this has advantage that it can run on 5amp. Cord length is fine, you can see the maximum lenght in the photo I posted. Another good part is the lid and opening is large and easy to clean. Need to see longevity, but feels decently built. One thing may look bad is the spout, its spot-welded and may become the reason for rusting.Over all happy with quality vs performance vs price.

This product is good. The water heats up within a minute. The black exterior of it looks elegant. The size is also very good. In all it is a good product. The cord is short but for me it is okay as I have a cabinet next to my bed and an electic board above it, so I do not have much of a problem.

Never buy any kitchoff product. There customer service is worse. They stopped picking calls and do not bother to respond although my product is under warranty. I would not recommend to buy kitchoff product. I saw good rating and thought if promoting an Indian brand but surely it does not deserve this. Kettle stopped working after few months then I contacted seller, had to ship the product on my own then received the product after 20 days and the kettle was old and rusted one. The replaced kettle again stopped working after few days. Now when I contacted them they say they cannot claim warranty twice. They are asking me to pay 300 rupees to send a new product, but I doubt they send new product in replacement as o received old product last time which stopped working. The team is highly unprofessional and their customer service is horrible. Please do not waste your money by purchasing their product. I placed another other for kitchoff kettle which I have already cancelled. Save yourself from this horrific experience.

I like the product and its functioning well. I have docked 2 stars for the following reasons1. MRP is a few rupees less than the sale price. The 50% discount from a price of Rs 2000 is a gimmickk2. No information about warranty or service centers

Very nice productI am using this product from last 15 days and it’s working absolutely fine.Easy to operate and easy to clean .The quality of material being used by the company is also very sophisticated.Overall a nice and cost effective product

THE PRODUCT IS GOOD AND REALLY GOOD QUALITY. BUT I HAD ORDERED TWO KETTLES , ONE IN BLACK AND ONE IN RED. WHEN OPENED THE PACKAGE AFTER 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DUE TO COVID TIMES, IT HAD ONE BLACK AND ONE SILVER...so was a little disapointed. as really wanted the red colour. overall a good product

I bought Kitchoff Electric kettle in February, 2019 and in about 6-7 months time, the kettle has conked off.How can a product conk off in such a short time ? It is clear that either the product is sub standard or it is a manufacturing defect.Hence, I would that this should be replaced urgently.Vijay Kumar
