1.5 HP Hot Tub Spa Pump Side Discharge 2-Speed 48-Frame LX Motor 120V (Also Replaces Waterway or Aqua-Flo)

I was very pleased with the pump and motor. It was an exact drop-in replacement for the XP2e Gecko Aqua-flo that originally came with the hot tub. This made it a very easy installation.

Our pump had died in our hot tub, and our repair guy was going to charge $500. For another pump, so I decided to take a chance and order off Amazon. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price and how well this pump works! This pump has quite a lot of power and makes our jets work better than they did with the last pump.

Works as it should but is louder than I'd like it to be.

The install took less than 45 minutes. This was a replacement and was better than the one that came with the hot tub.

My original hot tub motor ran for 20 years. This replacement pump ran for 5 months and just died. Jets were on, running just fine and then suddenly nothing. No it's not a circuit breaker or a fuse. Power is to the pump - it hums but does not start pumping water

This pump works great and I was able to rotate the outlet 90 degrees in order to line up with the spa.

Be aware that the 1.5" and 2" designations on spa plumbing is not the same as you may be used to with standard plumbing materials. Lesson learned. This is not the fault of the manufacturer or Amazon. Careful measurements and understand exactly what to measure is important.

Excellent pump. I replaced the pump in a new to me nordic crown 2 hot tub. I just clocked the pump to where I needed it and wired it in. Very fast shipping also.
