Definitely NOT for toddlers who chew!
These are basically just foam balls that float on top of water. Seem to be made from the same stuff as the knee pad I use for gardening. My two eldest daughters liked these okay, but as soon as my 2 year old got her hands on one it was basically ruined. She bit a chunk right out of it. I should've seen that coming. Next, we had a 10-year-old neighbor child over to play who proceeded to tear the orange one up into about six pieces when I wasn't looking. Said she wanted to pretend they were makeup sponges for their mermaid game in the pool. My point is, make sure whoever you allow to touch these things is both mature enough and cares enough about your pocket book not to demolish it.

Extremely easy to skip and if you have a good arm
I was a bit worried when I first opened up the Skiprock balls as they were rather light. However, as soon as they soak up a little water, these things fly across the water. Extremely easy to skip and if you have a good arm, these things can go the length of a football field. Great for any lake/river skipping games!!
