Pathetic
Pathetic product. After running fine for 7-8 days the motor runs every two minutes the moment level downs the OH level though it’s supposed to start when it downs the OL level. No support available.

Awesome product. Best quality at that price.
Awesome product. Fit and forget.1. Use a PVC pipe and cut it to the size equal to the height of your tank (let's call this sensor stick).2. Use ZipTies to secure all the three sensors to the PVC pipe (Sensor Stick), use three ZipTies per sensor.3. Use 3 to 5 meters of 1sq.mm electric wire of three different colors (remember the colors!) and solder (yes, solder) the sensor wires to these three wires independently. Use ZipTies liberally to secure the wires all along the Sensor Stick (If you don't solder there is a good chance that the bare copper/metal will oxidize pretty soon and the signal will not reach the control unit).4. It's up to you how you fix the sensor stick inside the tank (get creative!). Mine is (actually my landlord's) is a plastic tank, so I just burnt a hole on the top of the tank towards the periphery.5. Now you have three 1sq.mm wires coming out of the tank, each color defining the sensor location (GROUND/bottom or LOW/middle or HIGH/top).6. Now it's up to you how you are going to carry these wires till the control unit without messing-up with the color codes. You can either use the same 1sq.mm wires all the way OR use an ethernet cable (LAN cable).Note: Always remember to SOLDER the wires to join them, this prevents oxidation and ensures perfect conductivity all the time. Again, use the ZipTies liberally throughout the course of the cable to prevent it from being pulled away.Good luck with the setup! This is one small step towards home automation which takes away a chore off your mind so that you can use the time on the ones that matters the most.Use Renewable Energy wherever possible. Peace.

Worth every penny is what I thought
The fact that it helps stop the wastage of water itself is worth million bucks. The set up was not simple but not complicated either. It works just as described, starts the pump when the level drops and switches off when the threshold is reached. This saves a lot of time for my dad , who ends up looking at the water to switch off. However need to see it’s durability before giving a 5 star. I will check till six months and update this review.Update-Now I have use this product for over 4 years. The first purchased device was fine for 2 years, after which it started to randomly switch on and off, but it at least switched off when the water reach the top. That was buggy but still liveable. But after 2.5 years, the device stopped working, naturally I ordered a new one, this one lasted for 6 to 7 months. I thought may be one bad piece, by this time I had read few reviews on Amazon that the device stopped working for many people after 6 months. This second piece I ordered was the same experience as other reviewers, lasted for 6 to 7 months. I again ordered thinking maybe I got a faulty device this time. The 3rd piece as well lasted for 6 months or so, bought in November 2020. It seems the quality of the devices have dropped, they don't last long, not there is any customer service. The number they provided on the manual or their website, there is no one to answer.Good product gone to waste due to lack of customer support and durability of the product.

READ this review in full before buy!!
Guys,You need to take some extra caution and understanding before buying such products because it varies according to your application. The choice of controller depends on what you have. For instance,1. You have a single-phase monoblock pump with an "MCB starter" or Switch already fixed on your wall to pump water from Sump (ground level tank) or open well to Over Head Tank (OHT), which basically needs a Water level controller with 6 sensors (3 for each Sump and OHT). (usually only one capacitor - Run capacitor inside the MCB starter)2. You have a single-phase sub-mergible pump with a 'Push button Contactor type Starter control Panel" fixed on your wall to pump water from Borewell to OHT, which basically needs a Water level controller with 3 sensors only for OHT (usually two capacitors - 'Start Capacitor and Run capacitor' inside the contactor type push button type starter control panel).3. You have a three-phase monoblock pump with "DOL or FASD starter" fixed on your wall to pump water from Sump or open well to Over Head Tank (OHT), which basically needs a 'three phase Water lever controller' with 6 sensors (3 for each Sump and OHT). (usually no capacitor - inside the starter, because of 3 phase)4. You have a three-phase sub-mergible pump with "DOL or FASD starter" fixed on your wall to pump water from Borewell to OHT, which basically needs a 'three phase Water lever controller' with 3 sensors only for OHT (usually no capacitor - inside the starter, because of 3 phase)Confusing? In short, this product is not rightly suitable for all the above 4 options if you want to have fully automatic and also safeguard your motor. Reasons are below:Option 1 is not possible because this product has got only 3 sensors connecting to 3 ports. (exception: you can use it only if your Sump is larger in size than OHT and always have water inside the Sump which never gets dry, or such as an open well, so you dont require the sensors to detect water on the Sump or Well, hence put 3 sensors only in OHT and use it)Option 2 is not possible because if you connect with your push button contactor type control panel, the motor will not start automatically even if it senses low level in the OHT, because this product doesn't have C1,C2,S1,S2 ports to connect with your existing control panel start button). But it will stop automatically when the OHT gets full (when water touches the upper sensor 'OH'). (you can make use of this product by manually switching on the push button of the starter control panel and allow it to 'auto stop' when the OHT is full - "semi automatic") (I dont think you would want this)Option 3 and 4 are not applicable here because this product is for Single-phase motors only not for three-phase.So, I've found only two situations where you can use it.1. If you have a 1HP or below, single-phase monoblock pump for a larger capacity Sump which has got water inside all the time or for a no dry - open Well) (you can use this product by connecting with your existing MCB Starter or Switch directly). (cheaper and worth) (electrical hazard: switch off the main when you connect phase and neutral wires to this product and to the MCB Starter/Switch) (Note that here you are taking a risk to your motor because you dont have sensors for the Sump, having only 3 sensors for the OHT, suppose your sump gets dry (no water), upon receciving low level signal from OHT sensors, the motor will start and continuously and run empty until you notice and manually switch it off. Motor running empty for longer hours may cost your motor, winding, coil or any other parts).2.If you have a 1HP or below, sub-mergible pump for deep less than 100 ft borewell, but want to have fully automatic control (auto start and auto stop), then you need to replace your existing contactor type control panel by purchasing an additional (not so correct) MCB starter from Mivan or Local shop and use it with this product WLC-110 (see pic-2). The same thing happened with me when I contacted the Seller. Now, the mentioned cost doubled for the extra purchase and I felt disappointed; but it worked without any issues until I removed it for installing another product (see last para). (Note that here you are taking a risk to your motor by removing your existing starter control panel which has two capacitors - 'Start and Run capacitor', because for the deep well motors, you need extra torque with higher load while starting the motor, the reason why your contactor type control panels have both Start and Run capacitors inside, but MCB starters have only Run capacitor not Start capacitor). The reason for mentioning 100 ft or less deep wells because, lesser the deep, lesser the torque it may require to start the motor to pump water to the surface), So, without start capacitor, only having run capacitor, this product will work fine but if the pump gets muddy water in the borehole or clogged due to long period of unuse (ex: vacation time), your motor winding coil may get burnt, because it continues to try to start by the current from Run capacitor, which may not be enough to produce the extra torque the motor required, thus producing excess heat in the motor coil, could lead to burn out.Overall, by choosing this product, you are somehow ended-up to some kind of situation or get trapped to buy additional product because you are looking at this product price alone that pulled you to it and then try to make use of it anyhow. So, conclusion is, considering both the above choice are compromised options, you need to buy either of the correct ones mentioned below according to your application...--- LLC-1 for monoblock pump for Sump that goes with your MCB starter/Switch directly; this controller has 6 sensors with 6 ports (3 for OHT and 3 for Sump). Also need 0.5 sqmm 3 core wire to connect the 3 sensors from OHT (OH,OL,G) to LLC-1 controller and also need another 3 core wire to connect 3 sensors from Sump (UH,UL,G) to LLC-1 controller.--- LLC-1/COM for deep well submergible pump or similar products from other suppliers that goes with your existing contactor type push button Control panel (see pic-3&4) by doing some small additional wiring inside the panel, on the start button (by connecting C1,C2,S1,S2 to the respective ports on the LLC-1/COM by 2.5 sqmm wire); this controller also has 6 sensors and 6 ports, but, since this option is for the borewell submergible pump, use only 3 sensors in the OHT (OH,OL,G) (using 0.5 sqmm 3 core wire), and short the wires on the other 3 ports (UH,UL,G) of the water level controller because you don't have a sump in this case.Price is a bit more for the above options, but safe for your motors and fully auto control.Comment me or contact me if any doubt (+91-95666-66606).
