For me, this works. I love it. Eat healthy and working out pairs well with it. Makes me feel good to have one of these on hand.

I don't take this for weight loss but rather take it in the colder months for the metabolic effects of increasing body temperature. Trying to keep my heating bill low, lol. Takes maybe 30ish minutes to start working, but it works.

TL;DR at the bottom, cause I wrote a lot.Let me just say one thing first about this product. The “clinical study” that they have links to on their website is kind of a joke. It was funded by the company that sells this (increases risk of bias). The title of it states the outcome, which is a big no no when you write a clinical study. They had very low participant numbers (only 50 people). This was also never peer reviewed, and it was not monitored by an internal review board. Yes, the study states that the treated group lost about 10 pounds whereas the placebo group lost about 5. Truth be told, that is a significant difference. But let me go further. It is also stated that they had to except a “bland, low calorie diet”. What was in that diet? How many calories is low?They also never address any drop outs in the study. Yes they analyzed the data with the full numbers, but surely not all volunteers actually made it through? That’s highly unlikely. They could have stated that they were using intention-to-treat methods for analysis, but that is nowhere in here also.Why do I keep going on and on about this clinical study? Mostly because it’s sh*t. While they (the company) says it works, we really don’t have proof, and we never will until a proper randomized control trial gets funded and ran (lots of time and money). (Another note, we never see how the authors played their roles or a note on how funding was gotten). So I say this: take this with caution.Hydroxycut has been recalled twice in the past 2 decades, and has reforms later each time. Above all, if you think of taking this, talk with your doctor or dietician or pharmacist first. It could interact with any drugs you are taking, and cause serious side effects, or it could reveal an underlying health condition.Now, on to my personal bit. I have been taking these for 6 days. TBH, I was curious. Yes, the clinical study is a load of horse crap, but the curiosity in me and the fact I’m not taking a lot of other medication made it to where, I did not think there would be a whole lot of risk. At the worst, it could just be making my pee expensive with all the B vitamins.In those 6 days, I have gone down 1 and a 1/2 inches in my waist, and I have lost 2 pounds. Granted, I have also tried to cut calories down to 1600 and do 45 minutes of bike riding outside everyday (we are under quarantine, not much else to do). But, I cannot deny the results. Something here is working. I could not say if it is the capsules, because I have not done this calorie cutting Or this much exercise before.TL;DR: Clinical study is crap. Don’t believe it. But it still might be worth trying. Use caution. Talk with doc/pharmacist/dietician first.

I don’t know why, but this makes me very hungry whenever I take it within about 30 minutes or an hour. And then I’m just hungry all day long. Also makes my stomach have a pain in it. Not for me 🤷‍♀️

I have been a regular user (on and off) of Hydroxycut, not that I really have any weight issues, but just to keep everything in check. However, over the years i have switched from regular Hydroxycut to non-stimulant just to avoid having any health issues. The market provides tons of different products with claims to solve any problem one might have with his/her weight. In the end. the product that has been in the market forever is the one you can really trust.

First I hesitate to buy this..but I just want to try..and YES it's effective I lost 2 lbs. I could tell because even before after I ate or potty I have weight 126-127 lbs. Because I keep eating I have a good appetite I am always hungry.. But this pill i feel full right away and don't think what to eat again..and even I feel hungry I don't jump right away to eat I can hold my cravings.. So now I'm going to buy again this is my 2nd order.
