Really good blue tooth. louder than Voyager and love the adjusting ear hook. Definitely recommended. I use it with glasses and no issues at all and very light weight. You can have it on for long period of time.

I love the Bluetooth mic people can hear me clearly and the battery life is great.

Can't charge earbud unless in the case which does not contain a battery.Falls out of the ear. Connectivity is poor. When the earbud is turned off it does not disconnect from Bluetooth on the phone leaving missed calls. While the sound is ok the function of charging does not out weigh the good sound to justify the cost. Charge indicator light on the case is very poor and in bright light conditions can not be seen particularly in a vehicle. Considering the high cost this earbud is not a good investment.

OK, I'd LOVE to give this product 5 stars. I use it for recording my cueing when I'm teaching yoga/fitness classes. It's super comfortable on my ear, very light, stays put. It's got great quality - my voice sounds clean, clear, and full - good "proximity effect" characteristics. And it's really EXCELLENT at cancelling all the extraneous noise. In fact, it's actually *too good* for my purposes - I want my breath cadence to be recorded, too. I would even like a little of my background music to float into the recording. So - what's the solution? Ideally, I'd like to be able to turn the noise cancellation OFF when I'm using it for this purpose. Unlike the Plantronics 5200, which has an easily accessible "turn it off" function, this Yealink does not appear to have that capability. Supposedly it can be done in software (Yealink USB Connect), but so far, that has not worked at all. So - bummer. It could have been a perfect product.By the way, I tried three other products:* The Plantronics 5200 (voice was tinny, noise cancellation excellent)* Ngsod Bluetooth Headset Wireless Earpiece - Muffled voice and "cheap-sounding" noise cancellation* Earbuds Wireless Earpiece Bluetooth Headset with Noise Canceling Mic - Muffled voice and "cheap-sounding" noise cancellation

I bought the BH71 Pro USB-C:Good: Sound and mic seem great. My voice doesn't carry and people can't always hear me on my Ipods Pro - they can here me with this headset, probably because of the mic boom. Bluetooth (not the USB dongle) connectivity works well with my Iphone and Laptop.Bad: The USB-C dongle does not work well from my new laptop (not sure about other devices) - connection fades and drops about 5 ft away from laptop. The battery is pretty large to have behind your ear and feels odd. The headset doesn't hug close enough to my head and feels like it's always going to fall off (I have never worn a headset like this so maybe this is common to all models - not sure). Plastic ear tips come off easily and I lost the size I needed after the first few uses.I planed to return this after the first week due to the ear tips falling off and it feeling like headset is always going to fall off... but I sat it down and forgot about until 31 days after I ordered it; I let the 30 return date pass.Overall: I would have given this 5 stars if the fit felt more secure to my ear/side of my head and the tips didn't come off so easily. The seller was great.. they get 5 stars.

It took 4 minutes to install. One month later we have never had an interruption of service or glitch. Works very well.

Love the convenience of this headset! I think it’s a good price for the value especially compared to another one I bought for 80$ that barely lasted a year! This one is also more reliable & clear!
