Coil Bound 'Quick Reference Guide for Using Essential Oils' (2018 Edition) by Connie and Alan Higley, 494 pages

I love this reference. This one I purchased for my daughter. It covers everything from techniques, recommended uses, blends that include an oil just to name a few. I use mine DAILY. My daughter and her husband are starting to love theirs as much as I do.

I searched very carefully for a reference guide to essential oils. I did not want one that was specifically for Young Living oils or any other MLM. This guide was in black and white for one thing. If that would have been the only issue, I would have kept it but for the greater issue of the reference being centered around trademarked blends. I am going to keep looking for a plain reference guide for essential oils

I was looking for a book that would have every ailment I needed and the full sized version of this book popped up several times. I thought that it was too expensive and would be way more in depth than I require for myself, husband and baby at home. This popped up right before I clicked purchase on the other and boy am I so happy. Everything I need is in here and the guide is so easy to follow, it is all very straightforward and will last forever!

You will need reading glasses to use this book. The print is very small. I don't think this has as much information as the larger version, which I didn't realize I wasn't getting. The description needs to be better.

Very informative on essential oils and what they can help you with. Whether it's for sore muscles ,headache or stress& how to use them.

Covers everything from headaches to agent orange poisoning. Has a section for pets, too.

Good information. Didn’t realize it was so small. The other ones were large. Hard to read
