Waist of money. The worst doorbell I ever bought. I have missed people coming to my house. They ring the doorbell and I don't even hear it because the ring volume is very low even when it turn the volume up. It never stays on high.

Returned the bells I bought by mistake

Just got it; it works well and looks nice but the power method is quite inconvenient. It did not come with any instructions but no set up is needed-it's ready to go as soon as you mount it.Please be aware that the speaker part is powered by usb, so you will have to buy a separate adaptor to plug it into the wall (unless you have an empty USB slot on whatever you use to charge your phone or something.)The button unit that goes outdoors has a battery that is rechargable by USB also, but the cord is only like 6" long. I have never seen a house with a power outlet within 6" of where you would mount a doorbell by the front door; thus it is clear that you are supposed to remove the button unit and bring it inside to charge. Unfortunately, the screw that holds that part to the mounting plate is in an awkward location that makes it VERY difficult to screw in. Since I knew I would be removing the button unit often to recharge it, I just left off the screw-but without the screw it doesn't hold to the mounting plate firmly, and can be knocked off. If it gets knocked off often, I will add some velco to hold it in place. Note that the USB charging slot is under the darker colored section on the side, which is a rubber bit that opens easily (pry it up with a fingernail).If the battery holds a charge for 6mo or more, I will be quite happy with this purchase anyhow; the various inconveniences are mild enough after the set up is done. However, if I have to recharge the outdoor unit more often than that, I will toss this one and replace it.

Never could get the darn thing to even power on. Seller didn't even want it back, I could see it had already been returned at least once prior to arriving for me, don't waist time or money on this thing🤘

It's actually quite good, good sound and good design, but I don't know why even if no one touches the button it makes a sound for no reason and I'm 100% sure that no one touches it.
