Revel Dip Powder Liquid Set (Set-3: Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel)

I've tried a variety of dip liquids but these are the best wearing. The smell is slightly less than some of the other dip liquids. 😳

I preferred the new set of liquids to replace my original set. The original set were in glass bottles. When I tried to open the hell finish bottle last week, the glass broke in my hand. Severe cut on my hand from the glass and gel everywhere. In my eye, on my face chest and ruined a good shirt. I was so happy to open the new set and find the bottles were hard plastic. Hand still healing from the glass cutting it.

For Never having done my nails before (I bought this as a way to harden my nails so I couldn't pick at them as easily- I never get my nails done beside this) this wasn't too bad! I would say make sure you have the appropeiate tools- I definitely do not, and pay attention to how you're putting on your first polish!Otherwise, it did the trick for what I was hoping to accomplish!!

All 3 of these work great. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET THE BRUSH SOFTENER. Trust me. I didn’t buy the brush softener the first time and my brush instantly got rock hard. I had to come back and order the brush softener. Which in the end cost me more money having to come back to buy the softener. When I could of just gotten a kit that already had the softener. Other then that it’s works great as long as you get the right dip powder to go with it. I recommend sparkle and co dip powder 😊

Honestly I hate it. Found the cheaper sets are a lot better. First I couldn’t get the first bottle opened my husband had to use pliers. And for some odd reason the finish gel gets dull when I put it on. I thought maybe I didn’t fill enough so the next day I filed them even more and a few came out better but most are still funky looking. I tried but I would not buy again. I didn’t even want to give it a star but had to.

The products are easy to use, however, the handle of the brush on the 3rd step broke before I could even use it. I did get it to work, but it’s lame that it broke. Poorly made? Not sure, but it shouldn’t break before use. Fix this. 3 stars simply because the bottle should never have broken.

The web pg. shows clear glass bottles, which I like so much better than than the plastic bottles. I was really hoping to get the glass ones, but I received the plastic ones. The plastic ones are difficult to prevent from super gluing shut. So be aware, instead of glass, you may receive plastic bottles.

As far as using the dipping acrylic, this system is the best I've used so far! Its low odor, so my husband doesn't mind it. The one thing it greatly needs is a brush cleaner solution, the only thing lacking in this set
