This was a excellent gift to get for a 9 year old boy.He was absorbed for hours on end with this box set. He really liked The Movie Diary as he got a great background to the making of the movie, the costs involved in making it and how the actors lived while making the movie. He especially liked Cabin Fever and thought it was a brilliant book, with Hard Luck a close second. His least favourite was Diary of a Wimpy Kid, as he had already seen the movie and knew what was going to happen in the book, but he still loved the book.Excellent value for money, great service and a highly recommended box set for young readers.

What a superb collection. My 9 years old daughter had become did-interested in reading, so I was looking for something that could keep her motivated for reading. This book collection as a Christmas present has certainly helped her. I can hear her giggling and bursting out in laughter while she is reading. She can read it for hours in a go and is up early in the morning so that she can read more and more! She likes to tell about the adventures of Wimpy Kid and sometimes wants me read that. I have purchased The Movie Diary (wasn't included in the pack), Double Down and Old school separately and she is already on her last book. Would definitely recommend these books to someone who doesn't even enjoy reading.

Good books, my son like this books a loot

I ordered this item long before before Christmas because my son had finally started to enjoy reading and instead of toys for Christmas had asked Santa to bring this item. He asked me daily if I thought he'd bring it at Xmas so I got right on amazon and placed my order and felt confident that it was on its way. Then Not long before Xmas I was informed the books wouldnt be arriving I was so sad and knew I'd have a disappointed boy. I couldn't get the item where we live which is why I ordered it here in the first place but I was nervous about reordering again. I saw this sellers ad and it promised before Xmas delivery even though it was only days away I was so happy and had renewed hope that my son would get his most wanted gift and as promised within a few days it was here I was so happy and pleased with the service and Seeing my boys face on Xmas morning was awesome. I was super nervous in ordering again due to the other seller not delivering but this seller came thru 100 percent. Thanks again :) and for parents and kids these are a great read... For people of all ages.
