Life-Changing for Our Family: A Must-Have for Sensory Support and Focus
If I could give these more than five stars, I would. As a mom of a 7-year-old autistic son (Level 2) with ADHD, high support needs, and sensory processing disorder, I know firsthand how rare it is to find a product that truly meets our needs. These Loops aren't just helpful — they are transformational. From the moment we tried them, I noticed a shift. My son, who usually struggles with sensory overload in crowds, classrooms, and even while watching media at home, visibly relaxed. His entire body language softened — calmer, steadier, and so much more at ease. His words? "They feel cool, like earbuds!" — which matters when you’re 7 and desperately want to blend in, not stand out.Bonus? They fit perfectly for both him and me (an adult who is also super sensitive to uncomfortable headphones). I usually can’t tolerate earbuds without immediate achiness, but these? Total comfort — a quiet, gentle hug for the senses.Important to note: We had previously tried Flare Pods, but my son has significant sensory sensitivities and could not tolerate the feel of the silicone inserts or the necklace they attach to. With Loops, it’s the complete opposite — no sensory issues at all. They’re lightweight, stay securely in his ears, and don’t trigger any discomfort, even with extended wear.In real-world use, these have become an essential part of our daily life:- At school: His teachers and classmates noticed too. One day, during the hardest part of the school day (the last hour, when overstimulation usually peaks), he sat calmly focused on his work — something we had never seen before.- In public: No more meltdowns from loud environments.- At home: Watching movies or playing games is now peaceful instead of overwhelming. The only small challenge is how tiny and lightweight the case and Loops are — they’re easy to misplace. We’re working on a solution (maybe attaching the whole case to a necklace), but honestly, it’s a tiny tradeoff for the huge benefit these bring. If you have a neurodivergent child — or if you yourself struggle with sensory overload — please, please try these. They've given us access to moments of peace that I used to only dream about. And in a world that isn’t built for our kids’ nervous systems, that is priceless.Thank you, Loops, for making something that helps my son not just survive his day — but actually enjoy it.

Huge Help for Kids With ADHD
I bought the Loop Engage Kids 2 ear plugs for my 8 and 10 year old children, both of whom have ADHD. These ear plugs have made a big difference in their ability to focus, especially in noisy environments like school. They help reduce background noise without blocking out important sounds like the teacher’s voice. Both kids said they feel more calm and less overwhelmed, and they actually like wearing them. The fit is comfortable and adjustable, and the design looks cool enough that they don’t feel self-conscious wearing them. The case is small enough to throw in a backpack, but be careful not to lose it.Overall, these have been a great purchase. They are high quality, kid-friendly, and really effective. I highly recommend them for any parent looking to help their child manage focus and sensory challenges.

Worked well for me
I have misophonia - where people popping their gum or chewing ice REALLY bothers me -- also usually I get very stressed if there are more than two electronic devices making noise. Add to that that I had a concussion right before doing a long multi-day road trip with the kids. I meant for these to be for our son - who also is a bit sound sensitive, but I ended up using them with the medium attachment. It was an absolute life saver when the kids started bickering in the back or if they had their iPads on. It tuned out the stress of the noise but I could still talk to my husband and it let me stay calmer while helping the kids navigate their bickering.

Would Not Buy Unless You Know Your Child Is Used To Them
My child (age 6) turned out to not like these loop earplugs despite fitting the silicone insert to the correct size. They do block out white noise and take the overstimulating edge off of life’s daily noises and come in a convenient little traveling case.Loops sells a connecting strap that can be dangled around the neck for close keeping when not in use and I would recommend that for parent’s sane of mind as even I lose my loops constantly, whenever I set them down.I ended up using them as a backup pair for myself and if you’re thinking about purchasing a pair of the kids loops to save money, dont! Compared to the adult Loop Experience 2 Earplugs, these aren’t as flush with your ear as the adult Loops and the fitting wasn’t quite right.

Hard to stay in, good noise eliminating
These worked great for my daughter who has difficulty sensory processing but they are hard to get in on her own and they can fall out easily if not in perfectly.

Glad I got these for my child
My 4th grader with ADHD struggles in school sometimes. He gets very distracted by noise, but doesn't like the big, over-ear headphones (says they hurt his ears). We tried the waxy ball ear plugs (like swimmers use), but they would fall out. I was already trying to find additional resources to help him in school that may end up being expensive, and thought "Well, if I'm going to spend money to try to find ways to help him, I may as well try these." So I got them, and am glad I did. He's 10, and tall & lanky for his age, so I figured the kids size version would fit. He immediately tried them on when they arrived, and he likes them! For at least the first week, he used them every day ... after that, I quit asking him about it. He does not usually remember things, but yet, he was remembering his Loops every day during reading time.

Good
I bought the loop children’s ear protection for my grade schooler. They’re easy to put in and stay in. My child enjoys these for the ability ease of use. She likes them fine, but prefers an adult different brand we’ve bought from Amazon for long-term use for concerts. These would be a great first pair, of true functioning, air protection for kids.
