These toy swords are so cute. They are about the length of a keyboard from pummel to tip of blade. The sword is constructed incredibly well with only two pieces of wood, crossguard and blade/hilt. The toy is not flimsy at all and should take a lot of use in play. I love the jute cord as there is no slipping due to it being tightly wrapped around the hilt area, crisscrossing over the crossguard. The ends are tucked under the wrapping so it should not come free unless someone purposely picks at it.Definitely something to play knights and dragons with.

These are really fun little wooden swords. I got them for our homeschool group's costume box and I know they will get a lot of good use. They do seem to be well made and sturdy and not splintery, so that is a mercy. I also love how rustic they are- they'll go perfectly with our Hobbit party.In all honesty, I don't know if I'd want to pay $10 each for them- the price does seem a little steep... however, wood toys never seem to be low cost these days and I do appreciate they are not plastic. I think maybe I'd rate them 5 stars if there were 3 swords for that price. Nevertheless, they are really cute and I think it was a solid way to spend my Vine dollars.

Got this to go with my son’s Halloween costume. They work great and look the part!!! So happy with them!!

These are easy to fit in an adult hand. Currently using these as decor for men’s night, although they might get played with at some point. Have other wooden swords and these fit in just fine. I would have these called short swords because they are a little longer than a dagger. This is based on adults playing with them. I found them very fun to play with and easy to grip.

This is listed as a toy for kids but it's probably better as a prop or as part of a Halloween costume (which is what I bought it for). It's lightweight enough that it won't pose a danger for kids, but I would avoid treating it as a play toy because there could be splinters and remnants of glue.

These wooden swords are well made and I'm not worried about splinters getting into the kids hands. The swords should take a lot of play. The jute is tightly wrapped and shouldn't come undone.Good style, durable wood, comfortable grip, and hopefully no concussions or blood from PVP usage.8/10

Really fun to have to play pretend knight with my daughter, We also painted them and thats also really fun to do the wood quality is really good no lose wood ends no splinters.
