Fun easy to read way to see how the wealthy stay wealthy
Mark Quann’s Be Smart Pay Zero Taxes is an eye-opening, engaging, and highly informative guide that challenges everything most of us think we know about taxes, wealth, and the financial system. With his "Buy, Borrow, Die" strategy, Quann presents a bold new way to build and preserve wealth—legally and ethically—while minimizing tax liability. One of the things that really stands out about this book is how approachable and enjoyable it is to read. Quann has a knack for breaking down complex financial concepts into bite-sized, digestible pieces. Whether you're a finance newbie or have been managing your own portfolio for years, you'll find the material easy to grasp and even fun to read. The tone is conversational, and the author's humor and wit shine through, making the book a far cry from the dry, overly technical finance books out there. What I loved most was how Quann exposes the ways in which the banking industry and the government have duped ordinary people into believing we have no choice but to pay exorbitant taxes. He takes a deep dive into the financial system and reveals how the wealthiest individuals have been using clever strategies for years to legally avoid paying significant taxes. The “Buy, Borrow, Die” method isn’t just some gimmick; it’s a smart and effective way to sidestep the tax traps most of us fall into.Quann’s perspective will make you question everything from your investment strategies to the way you think about saving and building wealth. This book empowers you with a strategy that not only helps you protect your wealth but also ensures that you're making the most of what you've worked so hard for. By the end, you’ll realize that we’ve been sold a false narrative about taxes and money, and there’s a much smarter way to approach wealth-building.Overall, Be Smart Pay Zero Taxes is a must-read for anyone who wants to get ahead financially. It’s a wake-up call wrapped in a fun and easy-to-read package. If you're ready to take control of your financial future and start building wealth like the ultra-wealthy, this book is the perfect place to start. Highly recommended!

Great info
We purchased the audio version of this book. Immediately after listening to Buy, Borrow, Die. We listened to both of Mark's other books. This led to us purchasing the online version of The Perfect Portfolio class. We started implementing some of the strategies we learned. As well as sharing Buy, Borrow, Die with our son.Mark was kind enough to spend an hour of his time with myself and my wife, looking at our portfolio and sharing his thoughts and advice. Not only would I recommend this book. I believe Mark is an honestly genuine person, that wants to use his vast knowledge of finances to help others grow their wealth and pass on to their heirs.Gerard A.

Great book, easy to understand and take action
I couldn't wait to read this book. I got some really good ideas for investing and building my future wealth. When my grandfather died he left my mother a ton of money and investments. I've been watching her make stupid decisions selling property, etc. Saying she can't afford the taxes. I wish I had this information sooner. Now, I think about investments differently and have finally pulled the trigger putting these ideas into action. Great read, I highly recommend it.

I would recommend you buy the book, decide for yourself and dig deeper if it makes some sense. Mark and REMii group would like yo make one million new millionaires. Made a small investment, created a brokerage account, loaded it with similar options to Marks study and how he structure of his own account. Now lets see how it grows in the next year. 4.5 Stars - Highly Recommend- Will Buy Copies for My Kids
I was torn between 4 and 5 stars, because this book is very good. The pay no taxes part of the book is a solid 5 stars. However, I was much more interested in the buy, borrow, die strategies. Those strategies are good, including a fairly thorough explanation and use cases. But there wasn't enough explanation of the long-term handling of the debt and the possibility of margin calls. If you leverage 50% of your portfolio and the market goes down 30 to 35%, which does happen, you can quickly get in trouble. Many of the current ETFs that pay high dividends haven't been around long enough to go through a 30 - 35% market drop, so it's difficult to accurately predict how they'll perform. Of course, if you don't overleverage, the chances of a margin call are much lower, even if the market tanks. Also, the book says to invest in assets you can borrow against, including stock, ETFs, real estate, crypto, and gold/silver. On the surface, this is a good strategy. While you can borrow against these things, borrowing against precious metals carries a higher interest rate (though I'm sure if you have tens of millions, you can find better rates, but most people don't have that much), and borrowing against crypto is dangerous. Hopefully crypto will become better protected, but right now, the company lending you money against your crypto can just run off with your crypto. It has happened. The reason I rated the book 4 stars instead of 5 is solely because I'm more interested in buy, borrow, die than the tax coverage. If I bought the book for the tax avoidance, it would be a 5.Overall, I highly recommend the book. I'm going to buy a copy for both of my children, who are in their 20's.
