It's the best stuff out there
It's the best stuff out there. Never any clumping, flavor, or thickening. I have it in water all the time and I can add it to food when ever I want with out fear of ruining what i've prepared. I tried a store brand before bc it was less expensive; I will never do that again. I'll be sticking only with benefiber.

Following the directions properly.
This product is wonderful as it does completely dissolves as long as it is stirred as diected. It dose not have any flavor and I use it in water and juice. Recommended by my doctor.
