Q: Will these fit a 2021 1500 with the 3.0 duramax?

I looked up the part at 4weel part found the number I need then went on Amazon to order

Q: I currently have a front leveling kit 13 gmc sierra 4wd. is a leveling required with this suspension?

2017 Silverado. It will raise the front 1.5 inches from stock. I had to put a 0.5 inch spacer to bring it up to full level. Worst case when you get old shock out set it next to fox and see if there is a big difference.

Q: Does the spanner wrench come with the coil overs?

It does not. You could buy the spanner or use spring compressors to take the load off and adjust the nut by hand.
