Great Bulky Zip Ties
Super long and great for big projects

You don't think you'll need long zip ties....
...until you do. Makes working in tight areas so easy. I needed just one or two to work in securing broken trim/cowling around a car seat. A plain old zip tie means you have to do a lot of pressing/holding of the trim with one hand and threading the "short" zip tie with the other. The longer zip tie gives you options of threading your project/object and having plenty to tug on to tighten. Makes it easy. While I only needed one zip tie, I am saving the rest, of course, to make future zip tie projects a breeze. And the cutter is a bonus.

So far working great and keeping my string light hanging...
I tried two different type of 3M sticky pads, one with clips and other one with zip tie to hang string lights to Deck posts but pads keep coming off after few days. I came across this zip tie and it was long enough to go around post cap so I tried and works great so far. I wrapped wire twice around zip tie and pulled the end tight with plier (cap of the post are plastic so don’t go extremely tight-otherwise you will break the cap !!) It comes with cable cutter to cut the extra ends. Aesthetically, it’s looks good too because no visible clips or sticky pad anymore..

Great! But-
These worked great for what I needed them for (removable fence guard around the porch). However, a few (4-5) did snap with hardly any tension. The piece that held the spot where you needed the length to stay and tighten, would snap off. Overall, though, for the size of the bag and the strength of these when they WERE holding on.. with the added clippers, it's a decent price to pay. The ones that didn't snap off upon tightening (only needed 4), have been holding on since early December surviving the harsh, rather bipolar, weather of a mountainous desert! They have a firm hold and haven't budged, even with a rambunctious medium-sized dog bumping and throwing heavy toys against the new fence guard around the porch. Wanted to ensure our dog couldn't reach off the porch dangerously anymore (started doing that recently) to greet us and (sometimes startle) the delivery men/women or fall off trying to do so since he's getting a little older now.Now I have peace of mind he won't end up falling off, make delivery men/women uncomfortable that he'll bite them as they go to drop a package off on the other porch, which he won't do (unless you reach in without us there)... but I knew it made them uncomfortable and leave packages before the pen. Took us a while to get the time and supplies to do this but it was worth it. These make sure I can keep that peace of mind.. and give them, and others who don't know my dog, the comfort he won't come at them from atop his little guard post. lol

Don't waste your time or money on these. 100% failure rate in 2 days.
Six out of six ties I used failed within two days. I used these to secure a small section of pipe to three pool drains with 2 ties on each lid. I spent a hour diving in a pool to arrange and secure the six straps meant to block a pool robot from running over the drain. Within two days all six failed breaking on the strap where it entered the latch. It looks like they are brittle and just snapped clean off. I wish I had read and believed the other poor reviews. The cutter did work OK. Returned.

Keeping the dog penned
Bought these to fix my dog's crate. He's a 100+lb behemoth and he has an industrial strength crate to keep him good while I'm at work. Only problem is the top of the crate had a less than industrial latch on it so he broke it right off and bashed right out the top of the crate! I grabbed this set and used about 20 of them to permanently close and reinforce the top of his crate and it works a charm. Now he only goes on and out of the crate door when it's opened for him. Now if I can just teach the 2y/o not to open the dog's crate without permission...

Big, Strong, Cheap
I need these longer, heavier ties to secure fuel filler tubes on chassis with no body and they do the job perfectly at a fraction of the price buying them local. If I needed them in larger quantity I could get them from an industrial supplier for less, but I don't need to order 500 of them . . . so.These are good quality (as good as quality gets for zip ties) and they hold the fuel filler tubes in place while the chassis are bouncing cross country.
