Part of the addiction to smoking/Vaping is the act of bringing the item to your mouth and inhaling. Obviously nicotine and other items are not good for you and as someone who has tried quitting several times over the last three decades, I have found that I get fidgety when I don't take that smoke break. this is a product that assists with that tangible need to produce the act of smoking/vaping. I appreciate it for that reason alone. If I can take a "hit" of room air with a flavor as opposed to a vape pen or cigarette then I am one step closer to breaking the habit.I do wish there was an ingredient list. That is a bit worrisome, but I am taking the chance that whatever they are using to flavor these is less harmful than the cigarettes.As soon as the package was opened, you could smell the spearment. My husband actually really liked it as well and since we do not smoke in the house and it is currently 100+ degrees outside, he has been using this more often. I would absolutely purchase this in other flavors to keep on hand.

am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Smokeless Flavored Oxygen Air! As someone who's always on-the-go, I was skeptical about the idea of flavored oxygen, but this product has truly exceeded my expectations.

As a former smoker I ordered this to help address cravings during stressful times. I thought it may be good and a natural way to stay smoke free.I like the fact that there is nothing to charge, it comes in a sealed bag with recommendations to use within 30 days although the vapors may be present for up to 3 months. Once I pulled on this puffer I felt a bit of spearmint-it was smooth and nothing to blow out, just something to inhale. Almost immediately and later in the evening I felt that feeling in my chest that encouraged me to stop smoking in the first place! Months smoke free allowed me the enjoyment of breathing clean air and with just a couple of puffs of this puffer my chest feels like I took a step back. What's really in this thing??I was going to give it 2 stars but will bump it up to 3 since in a few months when whatever is in it is gone, maybe I will revisit it to just have something in my hand to inhale if I need it. Otherwise, if I'm inhaling essential oils into my lungs and I feel the way I do now (after trying this)-I will pass on ordering more.If you are vaping and smoking and looking to stop I suppose this is the lesser of those habits. If you've already quit-I would recommend passing on this.

I focused on the part of the description where it says the puffer help combat bad breath and makes your mouth feel fresh, as I don't do smoking. I've used this puffer numerous times now and it does freshen your breath. The aroma given off is a nice smelling spearmint. What I like is that I can freshen my breath without taking mints that have sugar or artificial sugar and other chemicals as an ingredient. The puffer device is suppose to last up to two months and then you would need to replace it. The price-point is rather high though. I don't think this is something I would buy regularly.

Perhaps I got a defective one but the strongest draw on this only produces the faintest flavor and I taste more of the plastic than the supposed spearmint. It's like something that might have had flavor once but has been used up. I didn't find it refreshing or even in the slightest worth continuing to try and it went into the trash.

Very good alternative when wanting to quit. Its nice to have to act like your doing it but your not. Its a great distraction if your trying to quit. GREAT ALTERNATIVE!

There’s nothing to puff, it’s more like a scent stick. I think it’s helpful for oral fixation, but if you’re looking for a “pull” this doesn’t do it.
