Great product worth the buy
Unbelievable so far after 3 days of use only once a day my neck is feeling alot better did have a trapped nerve but can't feel it pinching anymore so fingers crossed

Hard plastic with no head rest - Total nightmare for sore necks. Vibration hardly felt.
