Hard to swallow - rough surface
Hard to swallow because its rough surface catches on your insides of your mouth. Organic rose triphala is much better for you and a better product. Same company but I won’t be buying regular triphala again.

Just a warning - everything is very individual. I had a severe adverse reaction to this product after taking just one pill. Barely survived. Be careful!
