I haven't had this long. Just installed it, if anything changes I'll update my review but as of 04/23/2025, here it is:FOR MY 2012 CHRYSLER 300C LUXURY EDITION:(1) I am not a mechanic or anything close to it. I’m just a girl (kidding, kidding - us girls are badasses)Anyway…(2) It did not come with instructions but the listing was very clear that it wouldn’t. That said, I went to trusty YouTube to show me how others have replaced the backup cameras and not THIS specific one, but an aftermarket nonetheless.(3) Holy. Moly. SO EASY.Remove trunk lid linerRemove 3rd middle brake light assemblyRemove old cameraInstall new cameraThen do everything you just did in reverse…(4) Picture quality = impeccable. Even more crisp than the original!A dealership quoted me $1500 for a repair on this…. They must’ve seen my pretty little face and thought they could get one up on me. No thanks. Highly recommend, great quality, looked exactly like the OEM. 😇

I bought this backup camera for my 2014 Chrysler 300s. It fit perfectly and it's performance is soooo much better than the stock one I replaced. Much clearer and brighter! The field of vision seems much bigger.

Not only was this easy to install/replace the original camera but the best thing about it was that the video it provides is even clearer than the original camera. I often had problems viewing the backup picture after putting the car in reverse because the display seemed dull or diluted from the sun glare. After installation of this camera, it was like day and night difference between the before and after image. What a pleasant surprise the enhanced video made.

This one works to my satisfaction. I tried a used one from the salvage yard. It did not work. I purchased another one on another site and it did not work. This one from Amazon works great.

The backup camera on my 2012 Charger R/T stopped working a few weeks ago. I didn't feel like spending a couple hundred dollars on a new third brake light assembly with the camera, so I checked around in some Charger groups and learned that you can buy just the replacement camera without the entire assembly. I figured why not give it a shot for only $30. The installation is pretty simple, I did it in under 15 minutes. The picture is super clear now, almost like HD. My original camera was very low quality and did not work well at all in the dark. I would also recommend getting a good set of LED reverse lights. I got a set of 1200 lumen LED's and with the new backup camera, any time I reverse in the dark it's very clear now and lit up very well.

I was skeptical considering the lost cost point. We purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300 and discovered the camera was mirrored without lines. So we purchased this camera and googled a how-to video on how to change it and got to work. While its not the greatest vibrancy, it does seem clearer then malfunctioned original and we have guidelines again. The 3rd picture shows its great fit in the brake light. Id say so far, its a great but for the money.Will update if any issues arrise. 😊
