My wife and I travel outside of the US on a somewhat frequent basis and we recently traveled to Fiji for a scuba diving trip. I didn't have a converter plug for the trip and decided to try the Pac2Go Universal Travel Adapter. I bought the unit that had 4 USB ports and It worked great! I had also brought another 6 USB port charger along but didn't use it because the 4 ports on the Pac2Go were sufficient for my phone, ipod, bluetooth headphones and a charger for my dive light batteries. I like the fact that the unit comes with a spare fuse in case there are electrical problems where i am staying. The only minor problem i had was that the outlets in Fiji had an integrated switch on them that switched off when I plugged the unit in. I solved that by finding an outlet that had a switch that didn't fully engage when I plugged the adapter in. I saw another review where the purchaser mentioned the same thing. I'm wondering if this might be solved by simply adding a bit of a shoulder that came out at the base of the plug so that the prongs engaged fully but the bulky housing didn't make contact with any small switch that might be integrated into the wall outlet.

I bought this for a month-long trip to Africa, and was able to use it easily at every stop. Notably, it does not include one of the ubiquitous plug types found in South Africa, but in most places there you will find at least two options, and this always worked in one. I love its lightweight, compact size!

This is an all in one travel adapter/converter. It converts foreign electric current and has built in adapters for each country which make it easy for traveling to countries with different type outlets. It is a small self contained cube so has no prongs sticking out. It is light and easy to pack. I liked that all of the adapters are retractable so they stay with the adapter. I was in Ireland and England and the adapter worked perfectly. I was happy the adapter prongs fit snugly in the British socket as compared with the individual adapters I had used in the past. With the 4 USB ports it was convenient for my roommate and I. The charge time was fine even when we had all the ports in use. My traveling companion gave up on her bulky transformer and shared this one. She plans to buy one of these for herself. I highly recommend this adapter for its compactness, convenience and performance.

My previous adapter required attachments for different countries. It also did not support 3-prong US plugs. This solved both problems and provided an easy European fit.

As with anything that provides a UK plug, it's bigger than you want it to be, but other than that, I couldn't find anything to complain about. The various plugs slide out with little effort, but stay securely locked in place until you push a button on the side of the adapter. It also has a nice rubberized texture.The 4 USB-A and single USB-C ports work very well for keeping devices charged - I tested before our London vacation, and it had no problem charging 2 iPhone 11s, an Apple Watch, an iPad mini, and an iPad Pro. The single socket can accommodate just about any device with a plug - in my case, a charger for camera batteries - but does not convert voltages, so be careful.

This is an excellent product. I've used several similar products in the past, traveling across SE Asia, N America, and Europe, and this is easily the best I've come across. The quality of the build is immediately noticeable, from the rubberized finish to small but useful details like the locked plug pins with a release catch. Unlike the vast number of rebadged products, this feels like it was designed by a traveler who knew what they wanted to improve in the design.The USB charging is better than any of the others I found on Amazon simply because it offers 5.6 Amps across the 5 ports. Every other travel adapter seems restricted to 4.5 Amps. This means I can charge a Google Pixel 2 on the USB-C port (3A at 5V) and an iPad Air 2 on one of the other USB ports (2.4A at 5V) and get rapid charging on both simultaneously. Very useful.Well designed and well built, this is a very good buy.

Update as of 6/27/19- After my last review I was contacted by the CEO by mail and email to rectify the defective device! He went above and beyond! Because I live overseas he was able to send it to some friends who just came to visit me and brought the device which works perfectly well now! I am super grateful for the customer service which was above and beyond! Buy the product! You won’t regret it!I was super excited to get this as the reviews were good and living overseas and traveling a lot I desperately needed this. Sadly, it doesn't work! The USB chargers don't work. None of them!!! It's unfortunate that I can't return b/c I live overseas and can't get it back.

After years of travel experience, I think I have found the best adaptor on the market. It is elegant, the components slide smoothly, it comes with a case, charges by cord and USB simultaneously. Seriously, the product is excellent, but it is even surpassed, if possible, by Pac2Go’s customer service. I am headed for an extended trip to Africa, and even though the Pac2Go comes with an extra fuse (nicely hidden away and protected), I sent a note to the company asking if I could get 2 more fuses in case of electrical current issues. Roger, the company owner, emailed me right back even though he was on holiday. He promised to send me the extra fuses when he returned. They arrived today in time for my excursion next week. I obviously can’t say enough about this small, family owned business and it’s product.
