Perfect!! Does exactly what it say on the tin so can now use nano Sim in phone with micro Sim slot.

There is nothing special to say. It just works. At least the nano sim to normal adaptor that I used to 2 different phones. A little bit tricky to install to one of them, but that was rather phone's fault.
