I bought these to make brackets for my automotive amp install. You can easily heat to bend it, drill, glue, plastic weld, all kinds of applications. Easy to cut, cheap way to make adapters and brackets. Performance is good.

Reasonable price, cuts well with razor knife, and shapes easily with slight heat.

The 1/16 inch thickness was perfect for my project. Stiffness was just right. I used my tin snips to trim to the size I wanted. I used the material to make a front vanity license plate. It worked perfect.

I've used this product to make all sorts of things from glare shields for electronic car mirrors and garage work lights to rain protectors for outdoor security cameras. Create your design on paper, cut it out and fit it to your project. When you have a final design, transfer it to this plastic sheet. Cut with a bandsaw, coping saw, whatever fine blade saw you have available. For bending to shape, apply heat from a heat gun (or hair dryer on high). Didn't get the bend exactly right? This board was perfect to use for my project. The plastic was ideal for me to cut to the right size. The material will be large lasting since it's strong. I'm sure it will work well for me.
