Delicious, took the advice of the package and added fresh cilantro, ginger basil AND star anise to the broth and that was fantastic. I also used 5 cups water and 3 cups chicken stock rather than the 10 cups of water recommended on the package and it was

Not returnable even if unopened
Just received this today. Didn't know it was not returnable until I tried to send it right back. Sadly this is going straight into the garbage. There isn't a single thing that is healthy or natural in this stuff. 'Chicken broth' less than 2%! Tons of MSG, salt and many chemicals. Expensive mistake.
