Great fan for the price point
I bought this fan to help cool me whilst doing 60 min workouts on my X trainer (bought during the Pandemic). It was easy to assemble, and although the instructions that came with the fan had a couple of errors these were of little consequence with the fan now fixed to the wall in front of the machine. I found that even the lowest setting was too powerful when in such close proximity if not oscillating. Switching on the fan and then the Oscillating function is merely a tug of each cord. It is not too noisy and does not get in the way of conversation or listening to music.Great. I had considered a USB style fan but pleased that I opted for a mains operated one instead. Please not that the power supply lead is too short for a high wall position and needs and an extension lead in order to do this. Great fan but could have done with an extra metre on power lead!I recommend this fan

Reasonable solution
Noises and mot highly effective but does the job moving warm air around. Cheaper and less Installation than air con. More effective in the evening.

Changed to 5 star
I bought this fan to replace a Daewoo wall-mounted fan that I'd had previously (same mount fitting), which had lasted for around 2 years before the capacitor/coil wore out and it wouldn't come on anymore. This had some decent reviews and was reasonably-priced, so I thought I'd give it a whirl (if you'll pardon the pun).It was great to start with and the lack of a remote wasn't too much of a problem, however it started slowing down around 2 months ago (end Feb-2023) and it would take longer and longer to come on each time we'd put it on. So the life expectancy of this fan is shockingly bad (8 months from purchase), and now we're almost in May and it won't even start spinning at all, even on full power. As with so many other products on the market, it pays to spend a little more and get something of a higher quality for that longevity, which I will be doing going forward. If you read this review and still decide to buy this product, you can't say you've not been warned.--------------------------------------UPDATE: After reading another review, someone suggested WD40, so I gave that a try and it's come back to life again... I didn't think a little bit of dust would ever be enough to do that!

Good quality
Product quality is good, low noice and good air throw. But the length of wire is too short for a wall mounted fan.I had to extend the wire to plug them on my socket.

Excellent fan albeit quite noisy.
I didn't like having to assemble it but once done I mounted it and turned it on. Woohoo, it's excellent! Blows my nightie up over my head haha

Would recommend.
Easy to mount. Well made. Remote function is very handy as it’s fitted up high. The breeze modes and timer are very good and it’s quite quiet at night on breeze mode as long as the cage and blades are kept clean.
