I had such high hopes for this vacuum. As soon as I opened it I noticed the pole was all scratched up, and as I started pulling stuff out almost everything was scratched and dirty. As of writing this Ive had the battery charging for a few hours and it only charges enough to turn on and shut off. I’m going to leave it charging the rest of the night and see if it ends up charging. If possible I will come back and update my rating. For how much this vacuum is this is very disappointing.

I noticed on arrival the packaging looked to be used and that should have been my first clue. Packaging was dirty like it had been used, boxes were ripped, and low quality for a supposedly $699 product. Vacuum does not have great suction so much so that pet hair gets stuck in the hose even on first use. Will not be able to keep the product.

This was clearly used. It is full of dirt and debris. It was supposed to be new. Not worth the price when you receive a used product

It arrived a little dirty , as if it was used, and it didnt have the charger with it.
