I can’t attest on tech support or mileage just yet as for I haven’t needed any and have had for only a few months now but I am pleased with my purchase, prior to this one I went with the ELM-327 model which was definitely a lot faster with 100% accurate live data, this one ne however is a tad bit slowed down at times but overall it does what it needs to and when recording diagnostics data it’s playback is 100% on par. I like the fact this one has a toggle switch with modes and I do not have any disconnect issues like the ELM-327 which constantly disconnected ands prongs were loose, as for this one the prongs are key on and have a tight fitting.Overall I’ll give this device an honest solid 8.5 out of 10. Can’t beat the quality for the price

Was delivered quickly. Tried doing through my iPhone but is no longer adaptable to download program. Had to use my wife’s windows laptop. But absolutely love this item. Works great and can see loads of information. Definitely helped me troubleshoot my problem.

I bought this so I could make FORScan changes on my 2018 F150. The range is quite good as my PC is on the second floor of my house and it had no issues connecting to the truck in the garage (with the door to the house shut). It did drop the connection a couple times but didn't cause any harm. I'm sure if my computer was closer to the garage it would be flawless.

Worked great with ForScan to do an injector buzz test on my '00 7.3. Diagnosed the failed IDM and had me back on the road in no time. Well worth the money.
