I bought this to display my cook books and other documents that I need while cooking / working, it’s small enough to move around and it’s rather nice looking when not in use with books on display (See photo).Likes / ProsThe stand is very well made, solid and easy to setup simply adjust the back flat on the surface, move the pin to the desired location (each slot determines the viewing angles) and simply place your book on the front face – there’s even little clips (holders for the book so can keep the page without falling).Dislikes / ConsIt’s not really a dislike / con but would be wary the pin comes out of the back very easily when moved / picked up, if you’re moving it around you will need to reset the pin / angle again when you place it down but it’s nothing to lose a star over.Summary & VerdictAffordable, well-made and performs as it should but also looks rather nice when not in use. If looking for a small affordable book holder this will do the job nicely.

This is a useful bit of kit I use it for multiple things. Holding the Wacom tablet in place so I can sketch at an angle it allows me to adjust accordingly. I also use it for artwork holding photos or documents in place – very handy.This product is robust and well-made and takes a bit of a battering in the studio without flinching. It has a good finish also, and needs to, as I tend to get paint on everything so I can wipe this off the smoothed veneer.It has easily met my expectations and I would recommend it if you had similar uses. It is value for the money spent – you get what you pay applies!Delivery times were good in this case.l

My situation was I needed a book stand while taking notes. If they’re both flat on the table the book would be too far, and as a result harder for me to read.So I bought this and I am extremely happy.No bs price, at the end of the day it’s just assembled pieces of wood so the price is extremely reasonable.It’s well fitted together and very sturdy.Larger size was perfect for me.Looks aesthetically pleasing on my study desk.They give you many options to adjust the gradient level. Me personally I use the second to last one.I tried to see if it would work as a laptop stand but it did not work on my MacBook - for anyone purchasing it for that reason be wary. (I felt if the stand was able to go 1-2 levels shallower it would work as it would align with eye level better - not a issue for me just caution for anyone buying it for that reason)Great product overall. 10/10

Firstly, the delivery experience was poor, did not arrive when expected. I was informed by Amazon that the package was delayed in transit but was then given no accurate update until the day of delivery when I was away from home. The package was left outside my door and luckily a neighbour took it in for safekeeping.Having said all that, the product itself seems well made and holds the large book that it was intended for. Good range of height angles to choose from. I do not regret the purchase and I usually have a good experience with Amazon.

I've had a few bookstands over the years which have either been flimsy or cumbersome on my kitchen counter. This bookstand is perfect - folds flat when not in use but has several angled positions works for available. Also works for s single sheet of paper to my thickest recipe books due to the flexible page holders that fold up. They are cushioned so the paper is not damaged. The bamboo wood is eco friendly and sustainable as well as giving it an attractive look with the nicely rounded corners too. At last a well designed and manufactured bookstand! 10/10.

A really useful bit of kit. After buying one for the kitchen, I was so impressed, I bought another for the study. It folds up neatly, making storage when not in use really easy

When I removed it from the box, I was concerned that it wouldn’t be up to the job that I bought it for, but there it is holding a 600 page textbook open with no problem. I don’t have the page holders engaged in the photo, but they work great too. When I’m done with it at work, I’ll bring it home to hold cookbooks and I’m confident now that it will hold my biggest one without difficulty. Great price, great product.
