Working fine out of the box.
I used this card to attach 8 drives to my TrueNAS Scale server. No issues at all until now.

Works great in my TrueNAS box.
I had some older, lower power PC components that I wanted to turn into a NAS with. The motherboard being what it was gave me huge problems with any SATA cards I tried in it. IE, they didn't work. This card solved that problem in short order and now I have a low powered NAS solution running happily in my bedroom. Recommended.

I used this this controller to build a TrueNAS box. The controller is working great with 8, 4 TB SATA drives. Please note, this card does not have or support RAID, which you don't want in a TruNAS box anyway. This is just a card to add additional SAS/SATA ports to your machine and the drives are passed through directly to the OS....IT Mode.
