Q: Is this a direct replacement for the activtek induct 2000 unit? and is it advisable to replace this entire photovictolic cell instead of just a bulb?

Hi Chris!Yes this cell is compatible with the activtek induct 2000 unit. The entire cell should be replaced based upon the lamp's estimated effective life. The lamp in this cell is rated to be replaced after around a year...around this time the coating on the honeycomb that acts as the catalyst for the purification method will have deteriorated as well and so the best, most effective thing is to replace the entire cell.

Q: Is it a direct replacement for air scrubber plus model A1013C?

I own an Air Scrubber Plus A1013A and it fits perfectly. I don't know the difference between the A1013A and the A1013C.

Q: does the uv bulb come with it?

Yes, the UV bulb comes with it.
