Wrong Color
The pillow cover is soft to the touch but a completely different color than the one shown in the photos. It arrived much more of a burnt orange.

Returned because of color
The quality of the pillow cover is great. It wasn't the color I was needing. I wanted more Christmas red and these are darker and have burgundy tint.

Zippers broke
BOTH zippers on the two cases I bought got stuck and then came completely off. I need to return these because the zipper is not at all easy to put back on.
