I was not expecting the sign to be as large as it was but it is perfect!! I love it and so do all of my customers. I get compliments on it all the time.

I took the picture with the sign leaned against my recliner to give the idea of size, so this sign is a really nice size for an open sign. As far as brightness, this picture does not do it justice. This sign is BRIGHT. My wife made me turn it off before she'd come into the living room.I only have two complaints about it and they are minor. First, the chain is weak. It broke already and I haven't even used the sign yet. That's easy enough to replace, and it's not what I bought the sign for, so I'm ok with that.Second, the four letters are held together with little plastic pins. Those pins go in easily, but taking them out you need a pair of pliers to squeeze the ends to push them back through the holes that they go through. I think for most people this won't be a big deal, as they're likely to put it together and leave it, but I intend to use this for my church's annual fireworks sale, and we'll disassemble it for storage for most of the year.I can understand using the plastic pins to hold the letters together, as the pins are sturdy enough to hold things together, but without being so inflexible that some flexion of the sign would cause the acryllic between the letters to break. It's a good design, but it's not the best for my particular needs. I'll have to do some thinking about how I can make this easier, without it causing damage. I may just end up 3D printing something for it.That said, this is a great sign, with a good size that can be read from a distance, as well as being bright enough that it can be seen during daylight hours. I recommend it.

This sign is very bright. I'm sure everyone says that the first time they turn it on.It is also larger than you expect after looking at the measurements. It ended up being too large for my window. But I came up with a new plan after seeing its modular design. It came with each letter being a separate section. So I Thought it would be easy to make a new word from the letters. Well there aren't very many words you can make with an O, P, E, and N. And it was a major undertaking to make it work in another order. But I got it done. Rewiring it was the hardest part. I think its a really cool sign.Not everyone will be into the patriotic flag motif, but it works for me since I own a cabinet shop. I'm just a blue-collar American manufacturerThe only negative I could find on the sign is because of its design of each letter being separate I'm not sure how sturdy it will be in the long term. It should be fine once together and hung up, but may not survive many moves. Its really a small negative though, so I didn't take away any stars. How many people haul their open sign around to different locations anyway?

This open sign is everything it is advertised to be. It pieces together easily and fairly large so it is easy to spot.The different "scenes" are not much to speak of leaving the light solid or the letters flashing in different patterns/speeds is about it. In terms of usefulness, it's enough to catch the sttentiin of passersby. And the lights are bright!A personal preference, that I understood before getting this sign, would be to have lighting that can be changed. I think I prefer the option to change the design from time to time. There are some nice lighted signs that have this option.This sign arrives with your necessary hardware, an additional open sign and signage for posting business hours. All in all this is a nice deal. It's priced fine and is a good value.

Purchased this sign. Everything arrived as it should. Quickly realized the neighbors remote to THEIR open sign (different model and brand) would operate our sign. I reached out to the seller via email as there was no customer service number to call. No response from the seller ever.
